Agr. Alberto Burzi.<\/li><li>Availability requests are generally processed within 5 working days; we kindly ask that you do not send follow-up inquiries before that time.<\/li><li>Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi reserves the right to request advance payment for the guided tour. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.<\/li><li>All prices are inclusive of VAT; any advance payments made are considered as paid on account.<\/li><li>Please inform us in advance of any allergies, food intolerances, or specific dietary requirements. We cannot accept responsibility if not notified beforehand.<\/li><li>Visits are open to people of all ages, but wine tastings are reserved for adults of legal drinking age.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>General conditions for modification or cancellation of a guided tour:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\" translation-block\">Any changes (such as schedule, number of participants, etc.) must be communicated via email <strong>within a maximum of 2 working days<\/strong> from the date of the tour, including name, surname, and contact phone number. Following this communication, Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi <strong>reserves the right to confirm or cancel the scheduled tour<\/strong>. Any advance payments made may be retained as compensation for incurred costs or refunded in the form of a voucher for a future visit.<\/li><li>Az. Agr. Alberto Burzi reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time due to force majeure and\/or impossibility (including, but not limited to, instances such as weather events that make the event organization impossible, impediments caused by the Covid-19 emergency, etc.). In such cases, participants are assured of a full refund of any amounts paid, which will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>General rules of conduct for visitors:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Visitors must arrive within the chosen arrival time slot.
